Afford Office Fitout Parramatta

Project Summary:
The development involved the comprehensive three-level fit-out of over 2, 220m2 for a new head office space for Australian Foundation for Disability (Afford). The project was within an existing high-rise tower and aimed to create an inviting space that encouraged employees to connect more frequently, while also providing opportunities for onsite client services.
The role of MSA was to undertake BCA reporting throughout the various stages of design and construction and provide compliance strategies to satisfy the needs of the client, builder and certifier. The project was successfully completed in 2024.
Harpoon Harrys, Surry Hills

Project Summary:
This project involved the significant refurbishment of what was a bit of a tired old pub and a rebrand to Harpoon Harry’s. The change was dramatic and brought a new clientele and energy to the heritage establishment which has been going strong ever since.
With MSAs extensive experience in similar developments across Sydney, we were selected as the BCA Certifier for this overhaul and issued staged BCA certification for the design and completion to meet the clients important deadlines.
The Cannery Rosebery

Project Summary:
The cannery is an industrial market style hub for food, wellness and lifestyle in Mentmore Avenue Rosebery. It includes dining, bars, takeaway, bakeries, health centres and groceries all under one roof with common dining at it’s heart.
MSA were involved as the BCA Certifier for the incredible transformation of this premises to provide for one of Sydney’s popular and unique destinations.
Archie Rose Distillery and Bar

Project Summary:
In 2016, Archie Rose became Sydney’s first distillery since 1853 and has gone on to unparalleled success for it’s gins and spirits.
MSA were involved from the outset as the BCA certifier for the establishment of the stunning distillery and bar in Dunning Avenue Rosebery issuing multiple staged approvals over many years. We’ve watched with great pride as the company has grown exponentially from it’s early beginnings.
