Waranara Early Learning Child Care Centre

Project Summary:
The project involved the substantial upgrade of an existing heritage building to create a modern 74 space child care centre.
The role of MSA was to provide BCA & DDA assessments and reporting to upgrade the existing building and proposed new works to meet current BCA & DDA Accessibility requirements. We worked closely with the architects and heritage consultant to ensure the important heritage fabric could be maintained in the final (impressive) design.
Sydney University Vet Sciences Upgrade

Project Summary:
The project involved the significant alternations to the existing vet sciences building to provide for improved functionality and expansion.
The role of MSA was to provide for comprehensive reporting and advice to ensure the existing building and new works would appropriately comply with it’s BCA & DDA obligations.
School Infrastructure NSW Expert Panel Selection

Project Summary:
In 2023, SINSW selected MSA to be part of an expert panel providing Building Code, Disability Access and Certification Services for the $8.6 Billion school upgrade roll-out.
We have since been involved with over 10 significant new schools or upgrades throughout NSW providing design teams with reporting on the extent of BCA & DDA compliance of existing schools as well as design plans reviews throughout the multi-stage design process.
