Mezzo was a mixed use development consisting of 207 luxury units, commercial and retail space in Glebe NSW. MSA’s role was to provide BCA Certification of the development which included significant fire engineering and BCA Performance Solutions to meet compliance with the performance requirements of the BCA.
Spring Cove Estate Manly

Project Summary:
Spring Cove Manly is a luxury development that is rarely found in Sydney. Consisting of 5 town homes, 16 apartments and 17 stand-alone dwellings, it was built fronting Sydney Harbour on land acquired from the Catholic church. It is one of the most stunning setting possible for a residential estate with numerous land affectations that needed to be considered including bushfire, endangered species, heritage and harbour foreshore.
MSA’s role was to ensure BCA compliance and issuing certification on the development over the course of several years.
